The women I spoke with did not know the laws regarding quiet enjoyment. Because my lease is up I was told I have zero protections. Even though my landlord has threatened me!

Pro seniors has been an amazing and wonderful advocate during the involuntary eviction process of my elderly mother from her LTC home of 2.5 years. I would like to give a special thanks to Eric Carpenter for going above and beyond to represent my mother, creating a glimmer of hope she would have a fair fight against her LTC. Without him it would have been simply the powerful preying on the vulnerable. I read some other reviews, and I can say that although we didn't feel this way, being a non-profit I would predict that the workers at pro seniors are extremely overworked, under paid, and spread thin, never enough hours in the day. While this could be frustrating for some facing struggles with their loved ones cases, I can assure all, in my opinion, their workers are pure of heart, justice warriors, who are striving everyday to work with what they have to go above and beyond to help some of the most under cared for and un-protected elderly people in our communities. I thank the whole organization from the bottom of my heart for existing, and the people who work there for choosing this as their career, because it is not for the money. Keep up your amazing work, I admire you all and you're inspirational!

My elderly parents needed help and was told to go to this organization. NEVER again! The man who called them was extremely rude to my parents didn’t answer any questions and then just said “good luck” and hung up on my mother! They are to help seniors ? They treated my parents like they were annoyed to even have to listen to the problem! I am ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!

I worked with Mike Walters who was very helpful and to the point during our phone call. He was very knowledgeable and offered follow up assistance. He answered my questions offered lots of helpful advice. The organization as a whole offers a great free service and scheduled me for a timely phone call with an attorney. I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Pro Seniors. The staff is courteous and very helpful. One of their attorneys,Rose Scollard, went out of way to accommodate us . She was very knowledgeable in all areas. We were able to save our home because of her advice.

Horrible experience. My Father was abused and killed at Oak Hills Nursing and Rehab in Cheviot Ohio 45211. He was kept isolated and overmedicated and abused at a nurse's station. He was not allowed to walk but stay in a wheel chair and he could walk. Marvin Wilson from Ombudsman admitted he knew the nursing director and her history of complaints against her but he did nothing about it.. My Father was killed 8 weeks later by injection by 2 CNA's while we were there. Keep your loved ones out of that nursing home and out of Cheviot because Cheviot Police will protect this nursing home.
