A blessing!! Our family could not recommend or give enough praise about The Kenwood Star!!! It starts at the top with Scott Nelson and Chris Blair. They have been invaluable. Helping navigate situations for our parents and advice. Having been involved with independent and skilled nursing here - EVERYONE we have dealt with are amazing. Shout outs to Desiree, Tiffany, Kevin, Jasmine, Dena and especially Andrew. I wish I could name them all!!! We cannot be more thankful and blessed to be in an environment with such wonderful employees who really treat you like family and take such great care of our parents!!!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with the Community Relations Coordinator Kimberly Koop-Bryson. She was very attentive to what our concerns and needs were while we considered whether to move to The Kenwood. Her superb attention to the details and her rapid response to issues and questions we raised was what helped sell us on moving to The Kenwood.

Since moving to The Kenwood in November 2024, Kim has continued her excellent service by checking in with us to help our transition be as smooth as possible. We highly recommend her and The Kenwood by Senior Star in Cincinnati.

My father has had a wonderful experience staying in Assisted Living at the Kenwood. Kim the Community Relations Coordinator made him feel at home from the minute he walked thru the door and has maintained a warm relationship with him during his entire stay. I am in healthcare myself and can tell you that the nursing staff including Kathy, Audrey and Stacy and all the aides are second to none. They are caring professional and extremely "reachable." I was able to call and text them at anytime. The Food and Beverage Director, Rashaun is wonderful and the food is delicious. We have been incredibly pleased with everything about the Kenwood. They have treated my dad as family! Highly recommend!

I started looking for a Independent living in Ohio several months ago. I believe I found the perfect location with all the amenities I wanted. Friendly staff very nice residents. I never thought I would be living in such a nice place.

I am so excited to have moved my mom here. Once she saw the apartment available, she immediately wanted to live here and was moved in within a couple weeks. Molly showed us around and had all the answers. I didn’t know they had memory care as well so Molly showed us that area and we were sold. We brought my father over from another facility to have both mom and dad under the same roof. So welcoming, great service, and great people.

My wife and I took a tour of your facility. We were so impressed with Kim the Community Relations Coordinator and the staff we met during the tour. The activities director was by far the best one we've met while touring other facilities.
We really liked the nursing care floor layout and the ratio of staff to patients. We were impressed with the Head Nurse and the Medical Director of the Nursing Care floor. There was a chef dedicated to the nursing care floor and he was very impressive and friendly. He truly seemed to care about what was served and how.
The facility was very clean, bright, and wide hallways made a difference to us as we have seen some rather dark and narrow facilities in making the rounds. They had a huge album collection and a piano on the nursing floor as well as a dining room dedicated to the nursing floor patients.

The Kenwood by Senior Star is by far the best place I have ever worked. I will retire from this community and this company because there is no other place I'd rather work and no better place to work. The Kenwood and Senior Star consistently receive national recognition for our team members' satisfaction of working at The Kenwood. The staff at The Kenwood is always smiling because we love our jobs, the residents and each other. The home office and The Kenwood management team provide an outstanding amount of training to insure we succeed at our jobs. While many companies talk about their high standards, The Kenwood and Senior Star live those standards every day and the team and the residents see that in action. I am so grateful to be part of the team at The Kenwood and the Senior Star family. It is a joy and an honor to work at The Kenwood. I Iove coming to work every day. The team and residents are my family!
This is the only senior living community I'd want my dad to live at, and he loves living at The Kenwood.. My father has lived at The Kenwood since April 2024. He loves living at The Kenwood because the nursing team is attentive and so compassionate. The food is fabulous and the dining room associates are wonderful. The residents are friendly and there is always something enjoyable and interesting for him to do if he chooses to do so. My father can age in place so The Kenwood is his forever home. It is such a relief knowing that if I want to go out of town for a few days or take a longer vacation, I don't have to worry about my dad. I know he is safe and in the highly capable and well trained hands of The Kenwood's wonderful team of loving associates. The Kenwood by Senior Star is truly a blessing for both my dad and me!
