The curriculum lacks depth and relevance, leaving students unprepared for higher education or real-world challenges. Teachers seem disconnected and uninvested. You could potentially get scammed. This is family owned business. So I see why they couldn’t care less about the students. The director is by the worst.

I would give zero stars if I could. I selected their part time weekend class to continue working full time and work on my nursing degree. I have a tight deadline (need to have my full application for clinicals finished by early may). I was SUPPOSED to start my class TOMORROW. They called me this afternoon to tell me they cancelled the class completely because to many people withdrew. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT RELIABLE! They completely ruined my school timeline and now I have to wait a whole year to apply.

This is the best STNA course in Cincinnati. They work with you, they really care, and they are a patient first oriented place. They also encourage students every step of the way. It is on YOU to determine you own success. If you do the work, they will support you 100% and help you on your journey and help you in any way they can. but again is up top you to do the work to determine your own success. If you want , they will help attain it.

I took this class because it was cheaper than other options and was accelerated. The instructor was great and taught well with what little equipment she was given. This place is very unorganized and the equipment used for teaching is very limited and in poor condition. My class size was fairly large making it more difficult to learn and complete labs. The director is very unprofessional, in my personal opinion. He was never there on days he said he’d be there, and there is only 1 instructor running the whole thing in the Cincinnati area. There was very poor communication on the directors part when it came to contacting students or even the instructor with class plans. He allowed the failing students to continue with the class without telling them they were failing and giving out false hopes. This place is a real scam, even for a missed assignment or lab day he would add another $100 for students to pay.

Don’t waste your time on this unprofessional school. I PAID to start my classes TOMORROW already made child care arrangements and changed my schedule at work to take STNA classes and I get a call saying they are canceled. They shouldn’t be allowed to do this no matter how many people register for the class. IF YOU HAVE A CLASS EVERY WEEK YOU ARENY GONNA GET MANY STUDENTS STUPID!

It’s really not worth it , they finesse money out of people real good ! Then you can’t even be late 30 seconds or your money is gone and you can’t enter the classroom . They are very unprofessional and unorganized big time ! I passed this class twice back when it was 600 and they provided uniforms and everything , now it’s almost 800 and they only provide books ? They move as if they are scamming , don’t let them scam you ! It’s lots of places that are either free or cheaper now … this is again not worth ya money !

I must say my experience was something in the 'above average' range. I definitely got the feeling that because we were in a weekend class, they had a hard time finding instructors to come in reliably. In the end we had two weekends cancelled, but were able to have a great instructor for almost every class (Dana) who really came through for us although we could tell she was over worked! I would feel better recommending this place if the staffing was more organized, the communication was more reliable, and the equipment provided was of better quality. We often wouldn't have things we needed, or would come in with everything in disarray. It could be so much better! Hopefully as things develop at this location and they will improve.

This place is very unprofessional. Front office staff are very nice. The owner, however, shows up and wastes the first class and your time with redundancy is nothing but a joke. “Professors” expect more than your time and cancel class and clinical for nothing. This course lists that you can complete anywhere from 2-6 weeks, but be prepared to constantly change YOUR schedule to fit their availability. Some students had their clinical hours rescheduled up to FOUR TIMES! But if you’re a minute late from break you get sent home and have to recycle the course. Your time means nothing to them. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Just so you know what to expect I’ve attached the original schedule below.
