I came from Dubai to Cincinnati for my daughter medical treatment, I searched and visited different complexes but from the first moment in the Reserve at Glenbridge I felt attracted to this complex.
The Managment staff is supper friendly and helpfull and the move in process is so easy.
I completed 7 months so fare and from my experience the complex is so safe, clean and great for the families and it has many well maintained facilities like 2 out door swimming pools and kids and dogs play ground in addition to the Gym. The community management arrange social events for the families and kids.
The appartments lay out is very suitable and the room space is excellent with a large dressing room.
You can apply for maintenance request via the application and the team will respond quickly.
The reserve at Glenbridge location is excelent and close schools, parks, shopping, Keoger, Costco and restaurants.
I am very lucky and happy to live in this complex.

Best apartment experience ever! One bedroom is very spacious and oversized garage is such a bonus. No need to pay extra for outside storage.
Location is A+. Everything close and convenient.
I have been here 6+ months and yesterday received the kitchen/bath upgrade. New cabinets and tile backsplash.
Joe set everything up and followed through. The team that did the upgrade were polite, fast, clean and I am very happy with the end result.
Thank you to Joe and team for making my place feel even more like home.
The office staff are always helpful and on top of things.
If you are looking for an apartment, this is the place. I have owned many homes over the years and it’s often difficult to go back to an apartment…but this feels more like a condo!

Been here for a year and just re-signed my lease! I’ve been satisfied with The Reserve on Glenbridge and enjoy living here. The maintenance team is great. Whenever there is an issue, they come right away. Shoutout to Brandon C. - he is usually the one who takes care of the requests and does a good job!

My experience living at The Reserve at Glenbridge has been wonderful! I love my apartment, especially the windows and the natural light that comes in the morning. I also really appreciate the staff for being flexible, attentive, and helpful. Sarah, Chianne, and Megan have been so kind and supportive in making sure that I had a good experience, even before I moved in. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had throughout my time here. The maintenance team is also great, too! I had an issue with the plumbing in my apartment while my family was in town, and they were able to get it fixed very quickly!

The area is also nice and quiet. I feel safe and comfortable, and I also like being close to the stores. Overall, I’m happy that I chose The Reserve at Glenbridge.

*UPDATE AFTER MOVING OUT * I did enjoy living here, the staff was great, HOWEVER, upon move-out I was hit with ridiculous charges. They charged me to resurface a tub that was already in bad shape when I moved in. There is a dip in that tub that collected water and the hard water stained it BEFORE I moved in and they are charging me to fix it. As well as an oven cleaning fee I use a toaster oven and I only used that big oven THREE times because no matter what I was cooking, the smoke detector would go off, which I've now learned is a telltale sign that the oven needed to be cleaned, obviously due to previous tenants and not me. I know better than to expect my deposit back from apartments these days, but to be hit with nearly $200 in charges for things that should be done regardless is crazy work. I was an ideal tenant, quiet, took care of that apartment as of it was my own and upon move out I cleaned it as if I was moving in, so these charges feel incredibly disrespectful. Make sure you document EVERY single tiny thing upon move in.

I've lived here for a year and can say that I love it! I barely ever hear my neighbors, which I wasn't expecting with apartment living, but these walls are thick! The office is always quick to resolve any inquiries or issues that come up. I always feel safe in our quiet little community

The property is well-maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the community is peaceful and welcoming. I’d also like to give a special shout-out to the new Assistant Property Manager, Chloe. She’s been incredibly helpful and always goes above and beyond to address any concerns or questions I have. Chloe’s positive attitude and professionalism have truly made my experience here even better. Highly recommend The Reserve at Glenbridge to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

The apartments and the facilities in the community are well maintained. The repair service is quick and hassle-free. Friendly and helpful staff. No surprise charges or hidden fees. I have been feeling very pleased living in this apartment community.

There had been an ongoing issue with trash building outside the full trash compactor. To combat this issue, there is a dumpster in place that is emptied about three times per week. The issue of built-up visible trash is improving. However, if you live within 100 yards of the dumpster area, you will be woken up by the loud recycling truck that empties the recycling dumpster on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 2-4 am. The truck is very loud, and you will be woken up by it reversing and by it’s bright lights.
This is such an inconvenience, especially when you have to wake up at 5 am for work in the morning. Very disappointing, and I would not expect to experience this based on the amount we pay to live here each month.

I will add- the model you are shown while touring the complex is upgraded. Even if you sign a lease and pay extra for an “upgraded” apartment, the upgrade is not guaranteed. We were looking forward to moving into our upgraded apartment only to find out we received the older style apartment because many tenants also wanted upgraded apartments, and they could not upgrade our apartment before we moved in.

Though these inconveniences seem small, they add up when this is what you consider your “home.”
