Special shoutout to Receptionist Patti who went above and beyond to help provide Information about community services provided. Didn’t make me feel like I was a charity case and treated everyone equally during my visit. Appreciate that! We need more people you can tell truly love their job and being of service to others

This company does not do things fairly. They will pick and choose who they WANT to help for assistance. Usually dead beat women who cry enough get pushed to the top of the list whilst leaving the people who actually try to do better without and to suffer. There's people who have a constant 14+ months of help while others can't even get their application through. They are in bed with landlords as well. Very shady company with the "front" of "we're here to help". Yeah, only if I wasnt white or if I was a single woman with an open legs problem. That's just how the world is now

All the ladies there are great! They have helped me so much! They are all friendly, courteous, and professional. I want to thank them for all the help and helping me keep my home while I was waiting on my Disability decision. I finally was approved! Thank you again!😊 Bless you all 🙏

Got turned down on help , I live and work in a hotel , with a child. Homeless . I make no money cuz all of it goes to the hotel which I make 10.10 a hour and the rent is 475 a week lol . But yeah that is bridges for you . Here to help the community but only help certain people .

I'm sorry to hear that Amber has left! She was super nice AND did her job. It is sad to hear some of the others were let go and not doing their job at all. How could that happen, it hurts people that are really needing help. I gave 4 stars for Amber! The minus 1 star was the fact that I've waited months to get some help, now have to be put back on a waiting list, due to employees taking advantage of their position and employer.
