As much as I wish I could stay at home with my son, that's not in the cards for my family. With that being said, I don't think we could have found a better daycare than Tutor Time. They are so organized and communicative. Every teacher my son has been with has been amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to send another child here should we have another in the future. Thanks Tutor Time staff!

When I first toured this center while pregnant, one of the directors really sold me on it. She emphasized how different they were from other centers in the area and highlighted their high teacher retention rate, which made them my top choice. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t quite meet those expectations.

While I absolutely loved the lead teacher in the Infant 1 room; she was exceptional, the frequent rotation of young college students who came in to “help” was a major problem. Many of them had no business caring for infants. My daughter's diaper changes were inconsistent, and on multiple occasions, I picked her up either in a soiled diaper or one that was overly wet. They also failed to follow her feeding schedule, sometimes delaying her bottle by up to two hours or claiming she didn’t want it when it was untouched.
Although the center claims that everyone is trained to care for infants, that doesn’t mean everyone should be. I also witnessed some of these helpers mishandling other babies, including mine, when they were clearly stressed from working all day. It was horrifying, and while the incident was reported and addressed, it left a very sour taste in my mouth.

Thank goodness for the all-access cameras, which allowed my daughter's grandparents to check in while I was at work and alert me to what was happening. Given the high fees, we expected qualified, attentive caregivers. Not undertrained young girls who shouldn't be caring for children under one or any. This was my second bad experience with a care center in the area. I strongly recommend that others do their research and invest in a more reputable center. Stay away from this one. My daughter is happier and well taken care of at a different center.

Very quickly I had to find care for my almost 3 yr old because there was an issue with my son's previous daycare. I was able to use Tutor time for the week and it has been such a blessing! I found the teachers to be very knowledgeable, caring, and so supportive! My son is a bit shy when he's in new situations and they have been so sweet to him to get him used to going here this week.He's learned so much in just one week of being there. I wish they had more openings, so we could keep him there but either way, we've had a great experience and i hope we can use them again.

Highly recommend this center! The care shown by all staff for each and every kiddo is exceptional. They even offer extra-curricular enrichment options for children to create a well rounded facility including education, physical activity and most importantly fun! I cannot say enough good things about them. 5 stars!

Moving my son to this daycare was THE BEST decision I made. They gave him such an advantage entering elementary school with the amazing structure and education they provide. And the girls there are so wonderful, I love all of them. Miss Kristy and Miss Sam had such an amazing bond with my son and he adored going to daycare to see them ❤ Mrs. Maria is so sweet too! Moving from one day care to here was like night and day. I couldn't imagine how things would have played out have I not taken him here. I HIGHLY recommend tutor time. I can't Express how thankful I am for them. For the positive impact they made on my sons life. I saw improvements both socially and educationally in my son after starting with them. If you are looking for a daycare, mom to mom, at least check this place out. I guarantee you will love it and that your little one will love it too ☺💕

As a career educator and a parent of two students who have benefited from Tutor Time, I'm incredibly grateful for the incredible preparation that these ladies have provided for my daughter and my son. As the second of my two children moves on to Kindergarten next fall while his sister heads to second grade, they head there able to read at or above grade level with fluency and relatively high stamina, do mathematics, and write well beyond the appropriate level for their age. We do a lot of work at home as well, but it has been clear to us that the curriculum provided at Tutor Time has been central to their success! Perhaps as important as the curricular foundation TT has given to my children is the love and care that they've had at Tutor Time. We moved to the area nearly three years ago and left a smaller and what we assumed was a more personalized day care. We couldn't have been more wrong. Though part of a larger corporation, the care and treatment we received has been highly personalized and full of love and concern for the social and academic development of my kids. I'm grateful for the time they've had there and the advantage going forward it has provided to my kids.

We have had our twins enrolled at Tutor Time since they were three years old and we LOVE it. The staff is amazing and the kids always look forward to their day. The hours are great for working parents and the kids are engaged and learning regardless of the hour. I have not had one issue with the staff or the facility. They are constantly planning events for the families and the school's Directors are FABULOUS! Both Fran and Maria are upbeat and ready and willing to answer any question or concern you may have. We could not be more pleased and would recommend Tutor Time in a heartbeat!

With the pandemic came a job change and I had to find childcare, under normal circumstances it’s difficult to entrust someone with your child. Doing so during a pandemic, when I couldn’t personally meet the people caring for my daughter was a leap of faith. Sending my child to tutor time has turned out to be a wonderful decision, Maria and Jessica are amazing answering every question I have and communicating updates regularly. My daughter has a bond with her teacher that makes me feel secure in sending her, without having met her (Kristy) I know she cares for her students through the many updates and photos she sends. When my daughter was out of school for a period of time Kristy still made it a point to make her feel special by sending her messages from her classmates. I can really see a difference in my daughters education and social skills. Highly recommend tutor time, this location especially.
