This school will rob you with a smile. When entering the program, the communication is great, but once within the program, you will receive the worst communication in the world. As someone who was in the military, I firmly believe Ross ran worse than my old unit.
Ross will tell you over and over again how they are accommodating until you actually need it, then you are forced to withdraw from the course. The directors and officers will very rarely respond to you here at Ross; you will never hear back from them, even if they say you will. This school has some amazing instructors, but the entire management structure is bloated and incompetent. For how much these programs cost, Choffin and YSU are a much better option for all students. You would certainly have better luck at different organizations finding staff that actually care about your program and career growth, as opposed to how much money you are spending.

Very unprofessional. I should of knew better from the first day I went to get info. The lady ask me why do you want to be come a nurse now. I said well unemployment sent me a letter. And before I could finish my statement she says and I quote "go find a job or go to school and get off of unemployment just collecting it." I was like what first of all wouldn't nobody just be sitting on unemployment collecting unemployment. Second of all I have a whole associates degree and looking to further my education. My job shut down and laid me off reason being why I'm on unemployment. They sent me a letter saying I can qualify for the Pell grant. I should never even have finished explaining myself to her when she wanted to say something offensive. Then she said it's so boldly like she had it all figured out. Anyways I passed my test with high scores got myself all signed up to all my financial aid. I received a text message from a doctor Bowily which is very unprofessional. I'm actually taking back at the fact that she felt it would be okay to text me instead of calling. Anyways when I was 23 years old having some drinks on my birthday yrsssssss ago, at my boyfriend's apartment complex parking lot hanging out. I guess we were a little too loud neighbor called the cops I got arrested for unruly conduct. I am 37 years old that happened all the way back in 2010. But she text me instead of calling me to tell me that they have to unenroll me from their school because of that incident. So then I call to let them know I need a paper or an email or something that says I'm officially unenrolled with you guys. Considering I done put my signature on a lot of paperwork including financial aid. You guys got all my personal information social security number all of that. The professional thing to do is to send a formal letter or email stating that someone is unrolled from your school and reasoning being. And next time y'all should call people and tell someone that. You don't text that to somebody. Still currently waiting for someone to connect back and send me this official letter or email. I talked to someone now 3 days ago and still heard from no one!!!!!!! If this is how they handle business I can only imagine how anything else is handled including your education!

My experience with Ross Medical was great for me because I worked really hard to get to where I am right now. I focused on school and didn't let the negativity get to me. I loved my instructors and staff, they have prepared me for the real world and how it will be in an office. overall my journey at Ross was well worth it.

Accelerated course is an efficient and effective method if you want to rush a head-start in career building. Glad I went to Ross, although I feel I took some opportunities for granted. I overall am grateful to be here and graduate here. The staff is great and since it's a small school, they tend to recognize you easier.

I love Ross! Overall the staff was helpful and friendly. The classroom sizes are perfect and the learning experience was great! Major dislike is the use of the kindle fire versus actual books. Studying was definitely more of a challenge.

I am a 55 year old student and because of Ross Medical school I ended up with great confidence to get back out in the medical field. I have been out of work for 17 years. My daughters talked me into going back to school. I never thought I had a chance but because of there great instructors and the one on one help that I have received even from the assistant director I was able to complete my Medical Assisting education with ending in a 4.0. Yes its hard work and fast pace but if you are willing to put the time in you will succeed. When I wanted to give up Ross gave me the confidence and encouragement I needed to accomplish my dreams. My extern was demanding but what job isn't. I thank Ross and all there staff for a job well done. They gave me the courage to go on to an RN program. I will never forget where I started. On that note I thank Ross Medical for helping me with my journey.

I had an awesome and time efficient time here at Ross. I went for MIBOA and my instructor was absolutely wonderful. Career development was very helpful. Class size was small , making more one on one time (teacher/student). Career development placed me for my extern and I loved every single person I got to experience that with. It was truly one of the best decisions i've made.
