I can’t say enough good things about F45 Laguna Niguel! Since I started my fitness journey there in August 2024, I’ve been blown away by the energy, support, and community spirit. Having been to over a dozen F45 locations, I can confidently say that the vibe here is truly unmatched.

One of the standouts for me, Sandra, is nothing short of amazing. She sealed the deal for me making F45 Laguna Niguel my home gym. Not only has she pushed me to push my limits during workouts, but she’s also become a friend. Through the F45 Challenge, she crafted a personalized meal plan that has significantly transformed my body and overall fitness. Her encouragement and guidance have made a world of difference! I feel like I have learned so much more from her about food, water, supplements, and fitness than I have in my whole life. This new found knowledge and encouragement has helped me break the plateau I hit and lose an additional 13 lbs since August 5th.

I also want to highlight Coaches Caitlin, Jamie, and Caelan. Each of them brings a unique perspective on fitness and wellness. They’ve provided invaluable advice on nutrition and recovery that has helped me in my journey. Their positivity and enthusiasm are infectious, creating an environment where everyone feels motivated to achieve their goals.

The camaraderie among members is incredible, too. As someone who WFH, I have limited social interaction so I will sometimes go to class twice just to socialize and work hard with my new found F45 friends! Every session is a blend of hard work and fun, making it a highlight of my day.

If you’re looking for a supportive fitness community that genuinely cares about your progress, F45 Laguna Niguel is the place to be. I’m grateful for this amazing team!

I have been so lucky to find this treasure place! I am visiting Laguna Niguel for 2 weeks from London and I stumbled into f45 accidentally on my first day here.
Smiley Sandra greeted me straight from the door and signed me up for the week! Absolutely love this place! The workouts are so diverse and they push you to reach new heights. I have come every single day since my arrival!

It’s fun, it’s clean and everyone is incredibly warm and kind!

I LOVE working out at this gym. The atmosphere is so welcoming and motivating.

My husband and I have been taking most classes with Coach Sandra in the AM. We love how motivating she is and how much she pushes us every class. The other coaches have been just as wonderful and embracing. The entire team seems to all have the “team training, life changing” mantra down to a science. If you’re looking for an upbeat, highly motivating place to sweat it out. This is the place!!
