Booking Amy was easily the best decision we made in the whole birth process. Before labor, she was easy to coordinate with, and beyond friendly and supportive. She was able to answer all our questions and helped make the uncomfortable parts of pregnancy more palatable. The night I went into labor, she checked in every hour, even through the night, and was there exactly when we needed her. She was supportive without being pushy and was able to guide our lost butts through the process. She made each contraction bearable with constant back rubs. She even took amazing pictures, which isn't something I even thought about but I'm so glad we have now. We used her placenta encapsulation services and she even made a pretty placenta print. She is an amazing and compassionate person, and these qualities shine through her as doula. I'm tap tapping her for any future kids we have.

Amy is the most kind, caring, and calm doula that I could have asked for! Initially, I called to consult with her and she was very easy to coordinate with...then we met in person, and I knew she was perfect. She was always open with any decision I made, and when I asked she gave me all options that could be considered. Never judgmental. She was very familiar with both the Bradley Method and hypnobirthing. What was even better, she helped me through some of the meditations perfectly as I was in labor. She never tired when it was time for the hip squeezes during each contraction (lifesaving technique, really). She was not overbearing and let my husband be involved as much or as little as we both needed throughout the process. It was the perfect combination that ultimately led me to the natural and truly joyous delivery of my 9lb 8oz baby boy. I never thought the words "joyous" and "delivery" would be next to each other in a sentence, but they were!! I've already booked her for any future deliveries I may have!
