My kids have attended COG for the last few years. I can't speak highly enough of the teachers there. From day one we were convinced that our little ones would be in safe hands. They started during covid so that was huge for us. The philosophy around how they encourage and prepare our kids for Kindergarten is especially impressive. It ensured our son had a seamless transition. We have recommended COG to friends who have been equally impressed.

I enrolled my son in Center of Gravity this year and am loving the curriculum and admire the foundation that CoG is based on. Parents receive daily reports with photos on what his class did for the day, and we even see the weekly menu of food offered to the children every day with daily photos of their food! The morning, afternoon and late afternoon (tea time) snacks are always healthy offerings. Before CoG, my son hardly ate veggies, but he's been trying new veggies now! Previous schools seemed to give too much processed food and sugary snacks, and I never knew what he was eating every day--now I do, and I really appreciate that. The teachers are friendly and call us whenever my son gets hurt, even the slightest. I feel like there is a true community for the parents to connect, and there are periodical events and gatherings that parents can attend. The September Social was wonderful, well-organized, and included a book fundraiser using PaperPie books, where we found some of the best books through! A few are now my son's favorite books. I could go on, but I don't think I need to. See for yourself and take a tour!

We have had two children go through Center of Gravity and so have been there almost three years. Our children both thrived in this school. They make an intentional effort to teach the children about the world using a diverse curriculum. Through the books, activities and heroes they discuss. I loved hearing my 3 year old tell me about why Rosa Parks was a hero. Additionally, they have wonderful, intentional curriculum learning about plants, artists and STEM. Each class teaches Spanish and ASL. My daughter loves the weekly capoeira dancing with professor Chipa. The "toys" that the kids play with are fun but encourage imagination and creativity. Lastly, they serve nutritious food! Also important to our family. They provide lunch and snacks with healthy foods. You will be blown away by what your kids learn and do!

I can't say enough good things about this school. Since my daughter started she's been flourishing, coming home telling me how the heart pumps blood, speaking spanish, and doing sign language. I wanted a school that taught and valued diversity in the class room and COG does just that. The families who go here are likeminded and care deeply about their children's educations and futures. The environment is clean and the teachers are friendly and caring. Highly recommend!

Simply the best and we highly recommend considering CoG for anyone looking for the perfect preschool! Our daughter who just turned 4 has been attending CoG since she turned 2.5 years old and we love it here. Teachers are phenomenal and the program is great as well. They also provide breakfast, lunch and snacks that are balanced and healthy which will make it so much easier for the working parents. We are so glad that we found CoG and for those of you that are looking, you must tour CoG!
