Just had the most wonderful dental visits for my kids - 4.5 and 1.5 - at Pediatric Dentistry of Pleasant Hill. From the moment we arrived in the beautiful waiting room to the balloon and toy send off at the end, my kids could not have loved it more. My son said as soon as we walked out “I had so much fun!” And then ran into his classroom telling everyone he just went to the dentist 🥰

From a parent perspective too, the entire staff was wonderful in scheduling the appt, reminding us of the appointment, showing us around the office, AMAZING with kids naturally, so kind and knowledgeable, and patient while getting the job done.

We were so impressed and can’t wait for our next visit. Perfect pediatric dentist experience!

This office is beyond spectacular. As soon as I made an appointment I was contacted to be given an exact cost of service based on my insurance. My insurance didn’t cover completely, but felt the visit was well worth the additional cost. Beautiful, kid friendly office without being over stimulating. Staff that actually works with kids well. Everyone takes their time with you and provides a lot of educational resources.

We are a huge fan of loververy bond including Olivia goes to the dentist. She we found out that dr Helen was in the Bay Area, we had to go. Her team sent all the paperwork in advance so check in was painless. The office was very aesthetically pleasing and there’s fun toys for kids. Everyone at the office was so incredibly nice and friendly! We were helped by Cindy and Dr Helen and I loved how educational they were. My daughter had a very very positive experience and even had her mouth wide open for a cleaning and fluoride that hardens and protects her teeth. We’ll be coming back regularly!

We had an amazing experience for my son’s first visit to Pediatric Dentistry Of Pleasant Hill. Their front waiting room is very inviting and kid friendly with lots of fun toys and space for the kids to play. Our hygienist, Ana, did a great job showing Heinrich all the tools and what they do before using them to clean his teeth all the while talking to him and making the teeth cleaning fun. Dr. Helen sealed the deal with a great goodie bag, balloon and Spider-Man stickers. She even helped entertained Heinrich as I was busy holding my newborn and checking out. I’m so thankful they made my son’s first experience at the dentist a great one. Their entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and like part of their family.

This place is amazing! Cindy was incredible with my wiggly 3year old. So patient and kind and FUN. Dr Hellen is also great with the kids. The beautiful play part in the front makes it a safe and fun environment for the kids to feel relaxed and happy to be at the dentist, my kids don”t want to leave. Highly recommend. The only down side is that delta dental is out of network. Other than that 100% recommend!

I have never been more impressed by a pediatric office of any kind than I was today. My girls (ages 7, 5 and 3) were devastated to leave and even I wished we could have spent the day with our new office besties.

The atmosphere and decor created a peaceful environment and was stocked at every turn with toys and activities.

The office staff was incredibly kind and both our consultation with the dentist and orthodontist was professional, but so comforting. They talked to my children and not just to me and explained every next step of the appointment to the kids.

I loved that the exam room itself had toys and ipads in the corner for my other kids to use when one was having their cleaning.

When we left they got toys, balloons and a picture of their first visit. My girls are already asking to go back😄

So thankful Google led me here and we look forward to being longtime patients!

My only complaint is that I can’t be a patient here myself!

We had such a wonderful experience! They were able to see my son on a Saturday, which was a huge relief. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They took great care of my son, made him feel comfortable, and explained everything in a calm and reassuring way. The dentist did an excellent job fixing his tooth, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I’m so grateful for their care and flexibility—highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a great pediatric dental team!
