Was recently a guest at the college when I got evacuated from the Border 2 fire. Was mostly comfortable there aside from a cold first night. Wanted to ask if the women's showers are available and free for the public at any time. Is that the case? Thanks.

The college has a high potential among the competition and it is still developing to this day. Comparing Cuyamaca with Grossmont, Cuyamaca stands out as a leader in terms of student support in all aspects, the quality of the buildings and the teaching system. The staff is always treated with respect. The people around are friendly and accommodating. I recommend this college to those who want to attend college for the first time after graduating from high school. This college is especially the best solution for transferring to any university. I have been studying here for 1 year now. Haven't regretted a single second of being here!

I graduated in 2016 and appreciate the education I received here. The professors and staff were always professional and clearly passionate about what they were teaching. Especially when you consider they're probably paid dirt wages. An added bonus is that the campus is lovely with lots of trees.

I didn’t learn anything from ethinic study class. Francisco Fuentes is extremely unorganized . He doesn’t grade assignments on time. To top it off he assigned a final essay worth 100 points 7 days before it’s due . The essay was over 1100 words and some tough questions. It had to be over 5 pages. He also engages in a political tantrum against one political party.

I LOVE it...I gave it 4 starts because of English and Communication professors. I believe the college should hire qualified and real professors here. Otherwise Business and Math departments are totally great and the professors are so professional and friendly, at least, the ones I took class with. I recommend this college to everybody.

The Center for Water Studies at Cuyamaca is a sham. There is NO hands on training except in backflow prevention and lab. I was a student at Cuyamaca from January 2016 until June 2020. They offer NO specialized tutoring for this program. The limited class offerings make full time attendance for financial aid purposes nearly impossible. Too many conflicts, too few options.
Cuyamaca's financial aid office left me in financial ruin, an alleged computer error. I was awarded a scholarship that was supposed to be disbursed to me in April 2018. I did not receive it until July 2018 despite repeated pleas to the financial aid office, a dean and a vice president of the college.
