I've been attending this location since 2021! Eager to get back into shape after 2020, I was able to change my body composition with guidance from the knowledgable coaches & the community whom kept me motivated. I initially joined for the 'challenges' they hold, but stayed for the community.
Great facility, always clean & definitely one of the bigger F45s! Experienced coaches and very welcoming atmosphere. 10/10 recommend trying out a class & seeing what its all about.

Great experience. I will be back. Trainers were helpful in correcting my form and provided encouragement to do my best. I have been their for almost a week and the energy and positive vibes motivates you to do your best. I have lost almost 2 lbs in less than a week. The results don't lie. That is why I am back everyday!
