IF YOU HAVE IMPORTANT REQUESTS, CONTACT THEM AT LEAST 3 MONTHS AHEAD OF DDL TO BE SAFE!

Never respond to emails, got very bad attitude in the online meetings via zoom, basically avoid providing any help.

I have wasted months submitting my quests-> got confirmed that they are processing (7 business days huh?) -> waiting for process, and then found my quests magically disappeared in their database again and again, all their responses were to resubmit.

I made an appointment to speak to an advisor requesting opt information. When I didn’t understand something, I try to ask again and she gave me an attitude. When I said thank you, she didn’t say anything back and literally hung up the call on me. We paid a large amount of tuition and this is not the respond we should get back. Re-asking question=attitude, thank you=hung up on my call, this is so awful and unprofessional. Leaving a really bad impression.

Unfortunately stuff not professional. I called the Indian woman who is working as advisor unfortunately. I needed help about my opt, she was very rude and not helpful I don’t know who hire this un education woman and gave her advisor title!!! We paying a lot of money, we deserve better service!!

if you met SK, asian lady, run, very condescending and unprofessional, "I cannot do anything about it", "unfortunately", "sadly", the advisor they gave you doesn't notice anything if your record is faulty until it's too late. Makes my experience become so bad at USC I stopped tons of my friends who wants to go here, and in the future I will continue to do so. F, go UCLA

The only way to contact with them is join the zoom at specific time.
The attitude is bad and unhelpful.
Mail any question have to wait 7 business day.
Process are too slow.

The staff here are rude! Not helpful and hate international students. Most of the staff should not be working here! One of the staff kept emailing me back and forth and solving none of the questions I ask. I honestly think she does not even want to help me to get my student visa. I am so glad I graduated and do not have to deal with any of them.
