My son attends Veritas and participates in the basketball program. It has been a wonderful experience, the staff and teachers are very knowledgeable and are amazing with the students. I love that all the trainers are very well educated in the sport that they teach. If you are serious about your childs development in their sport this is a great choice .

Please do not come here. Yes it’s a nice facility but your trainer you are assigned to never shows up or cancels at last minute. I canceled service 3 months ago and still charged me even when the COVID hit. Please save your save time and your money and stay away from this place not worth it.

Called veritas at 845pm to see if there was batting cage available for 9pm. No one answered and the recording states that normal operating hours 8am-10pm. So I head over to veritas, walk in and no one is at the front desk. so I walk to the back. There's a team practicing basketball. I figured someone will approach me. I told my two sons to warm up and after no one approached me in 10min. I went up to the basketball coach and asked him who is working the front desk. He looked around all confused and said that no one is working the front desk so we are closed. But your hours say you close at 10PM. He apologized and said he will let personnel know. Dont post hours that you are not going to abide with. Wanted to check out the facility since it's closer to home but will rather drive farther to the hitting zone since they do pick up their phones and follow posting operating hours

Just heard how they booted a young man from their Cooperstown team and states he wasn’t the right fit AFTER they had his money. Didn’t offer a refund and left this kid and his family stuck with plane fare, housing all paid for. If true, that’s shady and dishonest. I’d like to hear how this is explained before I help go even higher up the food chain.
