Mean lady with grey hair at the metal detection station. I told her I didn't have any metal on me. She is still asking questions about me having any metal. I have been through the metal detectors 1000 times I know not to have any metal or anything on me. The metal detector did not go off when I came through it. But she was upset that I was not sitting there answering her questions about having metal on me when I told her I didn't have any metal on me. I apologize to her and she didn't say anything she didn't apologize or accept my apology she just looked at me meanly.

Unprofessional, disingenuous, ignorant individuals work in this place. They continually lose important paperwork/money orders/etc, then will disregard it and say "oh I don't remember sending this to you, doing this, etc".. Like ma'am that's not my problem that you have a memory issue! I live 4 hours away, I don't have the luxury to travel up there. Find my paperwork, that's all I'm going to say! Litigations!

I spent 40 minutes on the phone being redirected to other extentions that rang and disconnected. I need to file time sensitive documents, I'm handicapped and cannot find an entrance to get in. Help!

If you wear a belt... wear sweatpants to go pay your property tax. They will seriously make you take your belt off to go through the metal detector. You can not access any part of the building without submitting your 4th amendment rights.
