I love the fitness classes. I like the environment of a dance studio and being around the performing arts. Leslie is an amazing instructor and always made me feel comfortable and supported and safe.

My children have been dancing at Allegro for 6 years. Now, at ages 12 and 9, they competively dance for the Allegro Performing Arts Team. It has been a really great experience for my girls. Not only has their technique in dance improved but their confidence on and off stage continues to grow. They spend many hours at the dance studio. It is a safe environment where the dancers learn commitment, hard work, and teamwork, while enjoying their friends and doing schoolwork during breaks from dance.

And then there is the fitness for us mom's......
I've taken Barre for about 2 years and love it! It has changed my body and mind with strengthening, stretching and deep breathing exercises. I have recently began teaching Barre and love sharing something that has given me so much. But my new all time fav exercise is Buti Yoga!!!! It has taken my fitness, my confidence, and my appreciation for my body and all it's curves and bumps and imperfections to the next level. So, yes, Allegro gets a 2 👍, 5 ⭐️, and 1 big🙌!

My daughter loves going to Allegro. It has been her happy place for years and has boosted her confidence tremendously. The teachers are so positive and encouraging while pushing her to do her best. It has been a very positive place and experience for us, for sure!

If you want a no-nonsense, fun workout that will absolutely get you in shape, come give Barre and Buti Yoga a try! You'll make new friends and be encouraged and made to feel great at any level. The instructors Lesley, Allison, and Brandy are fantastic. Come see what you are missing!
