I have just recently signed up & let me share the experience thus far at this location .

Serena/Chase - customer service amazing. They answered my many questions and help me get signed up for the free trial. They even gave me great recommendations on where to start, after I told them my goal, which was the Hot Stretch.

At the free trial - Serena walked me through step by step, she made sure I was comfortable & had the towels & mat needed, preparing me for what was to come. She checked in to see how it was going & talked with me after to see how I felt.

Signing up - Serena made sure I had everything needed to be successful, technology was giving us a bit of trouble with accessing the door BUT Serena was determined to make sure I had access before leaving through my phone and the pin #. I really appreciated that because she even offered her personal number if I came & couldn’t get it inside the building, thankfully it did work after a few tries! She could’ve gave up but nope! I also love the that it is 24 hours and secure!

The environment - this is a very intimate like setting, everyone has been very positively nice and welcoming just by smiles walking past each other, everyone is very focus on the task at hand. I tried Hot Thunder & it really gave me a workout, I was sitting on the bench just cooling down, catching my breath & this very kind lady patron asked if I was ok, I was but she didn’t have to do that! You just never know & I felt like that was very thoughtful of her. They keep it very clean & from what I’ve seen everyone wipes down the equipment when their workouts are completed.

Location - beware it’s next to a Taco place and Publix ! 😂😂 the temptation is real!!

I had a first free class at 2:45. I arrived exactly on time yet no one was at the front desk so I waited ten minutes at the front before wandering the gym looking for an employee. Turns out they were right there and just ignored me I guess? These aren’t really what I would call “work out classes.” You’re in a sauna by yourself following a video on a TV. I believe this type of workout really just isn’t for me personally, I hated every single second of it. The workout was completely free though. I wouldn’t follow through with a membership here based on the types of workouts offered and the lack of professionalism by the staff.

Had a horrible experience with past staff and ended up canceling my membership. Saw that they were under new management and decided to give them an other try because I always loved the place itself. I LOVE the new staff. This is now my happy place. I’ve been coming for months now and still haven’t had a bad experience. Skin has been glowing, I’ve lost 40 pounds so far, my sleep is wonderful and it’s a great stress reliever. 🩷

I love that I can schedule, go and workout 24 hours a day. It’s in a safe area and you must have a code to get in. The heated workouts allow me to detox while exercising. Never overcrowding.

Truly LOVE THIS PLACE! Under new ownership and management as of the first of the year and you can tell! They're constantly doing promotions and giveaways and really doing a great job at bringing the excitement back! The facility is always clean and the smiling faces that greet you when you walk in are the best! Multiple workouts to meet your workout style! The HotWorx app is easy to use to schedule a class and track your progress, and the app to unlock the door makes you feel safe and secure. Highly recommend this place to anyone ready to sweat and detox and HEAL! and get a great workout in!

I was introduced to HotworX by my brother… When I first started I said I would only sign up for 1 month. That was last year!! I truly enjoy the infrared workouts. I lift weights everyday and at times I’m really sore and tired. When I step into the infrared sauna, I immediately feel invigorating, my mobility improves and I’m able to get through the workouts. The entire staff is very friendly and at times they open the door for you with a warm welcome. The facility is clean and they’re always doing something fun! If you’re looking to improve your fitness this is the place!!! Oh and please keep the Cuties (oranges.) lol!

I went for an intro class, Serena welcomed me and walked me through the studio. Her customer service is top notch and so sweet, I really appreciate her thoroughness as she explained everything. My first impression of this fitness boutique is that it’s welcoming and so cosy, definitely a great place to work hard to get your goals! I signed up and I’m so excited to begin my journey here.
