The field itself is a nice setting for a graduation, but it had rained the night before we attended one and the bleachers were wet. That's not so much a problem as you can wipe the water off, except that the bleachers have a lot of dirt and dust that clearly hasn't been cleaned for awhile that mixed with the water and basically made mud that got on your clothes.

Seeing as the OTS staff knows that not only will civilians be attending in nicer clothes, but that service members will be attending in dress uniforms, it seems like they could spare some time to clean the bleachers every so often.

It's really quite disappointing that the school training our future leaders can't find time to keep the small details like this in line.
