A+ rating from me. I have three children who have been at different daycares between here and Washington state. I found a winner at Busy Bee's, the absolute greatest and a true blessing. From the moment you walk in the doors and are greeted by Kayla, Amy or Brianna, you feel at home. You're accepted as family and they treat your children like their own. There isn't a day that my son isn't happy to go to Busy Bee's, always coming home with cool art projects and exciting stories. It is such a relieving feeling knowing your child is being looked after by a group who are trustworthy, loving, attentive, outgoing and FUN! Thank you EVERYONE for all your do. I'm beyond grateful.

Busy Bees Child Care is a Great Pre School! The Teachers and Staff are very Welcoming, Nice, and Caring. The Children keep Active and are engaged in Fun and Learning Activities each day, We provide Nutritional Meals and Food that the Children enjoy. Couldn’t be more pleased with Busy Bees! The staff are incredibly caring and professional, and the facility is clean and vibrant. The kids love going there every day and come home with new skills and exciting stories. The curriculum is well-rounded, balancing learning with plenty of playtime. Communication is excellent, and the range of activities keeps things fresh and engaging. It’s a fantastic place where kids thrive and families feel supported. Highly recommend!

Our daughter has attended this school for over a year and a half and has shown immense growth in that time. When we heard that the school would be transitioning from Valley Learning Center to Busy Bees, we had initial nerves over the change. I am happy to say that we have seen nothing but positive improvements from a full remodel of the school, including all new furniture and toys, numerous family events from weekend farmers markets to family parties. All of this while still maintaining all of the staff, teachers and principles that we have grown to love and trust. Our daughter even noticed the improvements mentioning that "her school keeps getting cuter and cuter!" A pretty big compliment coming from a four-year-old. I would happily recommend this location to anyone.

The care of my child received was excellent. My daughter loved the staff and had a great time there. My one star review is regarding the administration and their gross mishandling of their unenrollment process. My child attended Busy Bee’s for about six months and again the care was excellent. When it was time to unroll her I spoke directly to the director Amy, letting her know my child would no longer be going to Busy bees and thanking them for such good care. Upon my child’s last day, I asked Amy the director “Is there anything else you need from me to get my child unenrolled?” her response was a very dismissive “Nope I’ll just write it on my calendar” Not only did Amy not properly unenrolled my child. She continued to keep my bank account on file and charged me for a week of care that was never received. I understand mistakes happen so I called to get my refund. DAY ONE: called and spoke to a staff member about the situation “You have charged me even though my child has been unenrolled”. The staff responded. “Oh yes, we’ll have to send you an ACH email to get your refund processed. We will send that to you today”… No email was sent to me this day. DAY TWO: I called back again to speak to another staff member explaining that a refund is due to me and I was told an ACH email would be sent to me to begin processing the refund. The staff member responded. “Oh yes, we will send you the email today”… Again, no email was sent that day. DAY THREE: I call again, this time. I finally get through to the director Amy I explain my refund is due to me because they charged me even though my child was unenrolled. She then finally sent me the email after three phone calls. I submitted the email immediately the same day she sent it to me. I understand refunding to a bank account could take up to seven business days, so I waited. At this point it is EIGHT DAYS later I have still not gotten my refund so I call again. DAY EIGHT: I was told by a staff member that my refund will be coming by Friday, which was two days away from the day that I called… DAY TEN: Friday came and went, still no refund. It has now been FOURTEEN DAYS, I have placed a total of 9 phone calls and I have still not gotten my refund. My most recent call: Director Amy informed me that the refund is now being processed, I submitted the refund paperwork on DECEMBER 3rd, they did not begin processing until DECEMBER 11th. DAY FIFTEEN: I called the director Amy once again asking about my refund, she stated that she will call the billing department and call me back. That call was the day prior and I have still not gotten the call back that the director said she would give me. Her behavior at this point is wildly unprofessional and inconsistent. Not only did the administration not properly unenrolled my child, they continued to charge me and showed no sense of urgency in returning such a large amount of money, they procrastinated in sending me the ACH email and are now procrastinating even more when it comes to processing my refund. The unprofessional and insensitive attitude from the administration shows they truly have no empathy when taking such a large amount of money from a family.

I have been affiliated with Busy Bees for 2 years now and it has been nothing short of amazing! From day one, I felt welcomed and valued as part of the team. The culture is incredibly supportive, and the teachers/staff are genuinely passionate about what they do.
