I've had 2 appointments at this location so far since the office I used to go to closed down. I love this office! They are ready for you as soon as your appointment time comes. No waiting around for hours. They are fast and efficient! So glad I had to switch offices.

I hate coming to this place, I always get different information about scheduling and identification info. These people don't look happy or are pretending to be. Some of these women look irritated by the clients that come here with their children. Some have just a very strong demeanor and talk to you as if they have bad attitudes! It's a clean place overall but I dislike the women's attitudes here.

Wheneve we call they dont pick up the phone and that one time when i was there to ckeck in plus i had a question to ask the lady didnt bother her self to great me or to ask if i need anything and i was standing right in front of her waiting for her to finish her phone calls she wasnt even talking with customers she was gossiping and laughing and talking left and right that was rude and unprofessional and very disappointing i have never seen a bad service like this maybe thats why they dont pick up the phone bc they r too busy talking on the phone with people other that their customers . Worse service ever .

.....couldn't find the place for 25 minutes, was placed on hold when I called in for help, they have NO sign, when I arrived to my appointment I was 30 minutes late to my appointment because of being on hold, and then was told I should have told them I couldn't wait and be placed on hold WHICH I TRIED TO DO. My nutritionist is awesome though! Otherwise I hate the place.

Why is it that when I’m at the office everything seems to go smoothly and on time but when I’m trying to reach the office by phone no one seems to answer I also have been at the office when the phones ring and I see the people at the front to place the car on hold and make them wait a while before they answer when they’re not helping someone or on the other line it’s just so frustrating that I feel like I have to go into the office to get myQuestions answer instead of just simply calling and getting someone on the line

***update ***
I got through and was placed on hold stating there were 2 ppl ahead of me.... I remained on hold for 10 min so I just drove over .... SHE WASN’T even on the phone , the phone rang and she placed them on hold again.

Thinking of going someplace else. My pharmacy is still waiting for a response from them, I need my meds. Can't get a hold of them. Don't go to them for behavioral health.

Every time I go here there is a problem. Other clients hit my car, saff dont show up in time, and a homeless man exposed him self to kids and staff didn't call police we had to.
