I have worked there for 2 & half years and I have no problems with the staff or my coworkers, although experience is not necessary and communicating with everyone is a MUST!! The owner is very kind and puts you to work quickly, taking the flagging class is 4 hours and breaks are recommended also and all who come to the Hirequest Direct office can apply and be seen from 10 AM - 1 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays complete an application and you can work as a Laborer / Flagger; I suggest flagging is the one you would want to work for so I believe the workplace is a challenge and the company is a establishing one to consider amongst those who want to work hard and be ready wearing your gear (vest, boots, hard- hat, also a provided radio for communicating ). Hard-working and friendly environment I might add, so thank you Hirequest for your time and cooperation and giving me the opportunity to work for you all. See ya!!

So I call to get set up with a job. They telle to come in to the business from 9am - 2pm I'm here at 12:20pm. To find out doors locked. I called 21 times before someone picks up the phone. To be told oh we have no idea what's going on even after telling them the door is locked and how I was told to come in. They leave the door locked and turn away business..

All I can say is WOW 😲😳!!

I wouldn't waste your time nor gas to come here it's really not worth it.

once you're comfortable the owner ( Paul ) will treat you like trash The OWNER is narcissist and control freak .He's got a weird crazy side/shady side. You can't tell him anything, can't give an honest and professional opinion because what ever he says has to go ,there comes a time where yes I’m your employee but that does not make you superior and I feel like he lets being owner get to his head for example, a job starts at 7am I arrive to hirequest at 6:40am the job location is 2 min away from hirequest ,I was then told I’m late? At which point I go to the job office which is 2 mins away I arrive before the worker from hirequest ,the supervisor at the job location wanted me to work because I was actually on time and they love my work and instead Paul tells them no ? And all this happened within this 20 min time frame so when was I late ? Then Paul says he wants his worker to go to hirequest an hr ahead of start time ? Why can’t I go to my job location? This is where the controlling comes into play.

Spoke to the owner on the needs for my companies. The very next morning I had 3 guys. Professional and hard working. I made the right choice and will always use them and stick with them anytime we need help. Quality company with quality employees.

I work as a flagger and I have a certified card also the job for being a flagger is to get in a class for 4 hours and follow instructions and take a open-book test & step outside the office door and show me instructor three ways to signal for traffic with a paddle says stop and slow, I had to pay for required class session, so that's how I became a Flagger always pay attention dress for work.
