The law indicates that if there is no law being broken, no disorderly conduct, which a camera cannot be labeled as such, that in public property, in publicly accessible areas one may remain. Infringing on one’s rights is illegal. Law enforcement please stop trying to use the example: “in front of your house” or “at Walmart” these places are private and have a different law than public. Also, if you’re going to trespass someone, you must give them the opportunity to leave. Let’s do the right thing.

Today I spoke with Patty (Pattie? Patie? Patee?) Re: Food Safety Concerns of a local meal program. Patty was thorough and patient with my concerns! They took the time and effort to actually investigate the issue and gave me accurate information that was extremely helpful. The complete attention to detail and full transparency was useful and appreciated. I received 'above and beyond' communication from the representative!!! I was given all the needed information for the protocols involved in Any problems I may experience regarding my services. Receiving clear & exacting instructions is critical, and was delivered in a professional and friendly manner! Thank you!

I'm writing this review because my son received incorrect information from the covid test-to-treat staff. They would not prescribe Paxolvid to him due to a drug interaction that both his pharmacist and the National Institutes of Health said didn't exist. Then nurse practitioner was rude and didn't care to look up the information for herself on the NIH website. She doubled down on her misinformation. I have a master's degree in biochemistry, so I'm not ignorant and can read a scientific article. This borders on incompetence. I'd give zero stars if possible.

Been trying to get my daughters birth certificate for over 2 months. Worst people ever to try to get ahold of. They also don’t bother to respond to emails or voicemails either including the supervisor herself.

They need to be more specific about the paperwork requirements for birth certificates. The lady at the front desk must have assumed that I was a single mother because I never received the correct paperwork in order to add the father onto the birth certificate. I asked her to review the form that I did submit in case I missed anything, so she clearly saw the fathers name on it. Now I’ll have to resubmit the forms and pay AGAIN.

This is first time I ever dealt with Pima county health department and it was the worst mistake ever. Before getting tested I stayed in the hot sun for an 1 and 30 mins and I was about to pass out. Finally it was my turn to get tested for COVID and they told me it will take 3-5 to get the results but it has been 7 days and I haven’t heard anything. I left over 8 voicemails and no one is calling back. The operator doesn’t answer any questions, they just keep transferring the call to someone else. I encourage everyone not to get tested with Pima county health department. If you don’t have insurance NEXTcare urgent care will test you for free. If you guys have my result can you please give me a call. I need a hard copy of it for my work.

I waited on hold for 28 minutes, beginning at 16th in line. Reached next in line. Clock hits 5:00 pm, line goes dead! Not even a dial tone. Just dead air. Rude!

Would it be too difficult to add a recording beginning at 4:55 saying,
“The switchboard will shut off in 5 minutes, your call will not be answered past that time…4 minutes…3 minutes…etc”.
