The workouts are challenging. The trainers are great, supportive, and ensure you are completing each exercise properly. I’ve been away for over a year due to an injury, but I have returned, and it’s like no time has passed. This gym provides great support and an awesome community. Try F45! You won’t regret it.

I have grown up in the gym trying all the different workouts out there. F45 is by far my favorite workout and Pecans is my favorite location! The trainers here are so genuine, very knowledgeable, and have pushed me when I didn’t think I could do it. How these workouts have transformed my body is unlike anything else I’ve done. If you are looking for extra motivation and a good workout, this is the place for you. The coaching staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Marc goes above beyond to make you feel welcomed. Brandon will push you with “hold it”. Katelyn and Kai will keep you entertained while holding you accountable.

Best place to work out, hands down. I didn’t know I could push myself as hard as I do here. All the coaches and staff are AWESOME. I love that they really take time to talk to you, listen and encourage you. The team atmosphere is also amazing and really helps to push you to that next level.
