Did an extended training with their Open Access Project a year ago. Their training material is confusing and they straight up plagiarize resources from the WAITI. I submitted a complaint about ethical concerns regarding one of their staff... they responded by forwarding my complaint TO THE PERSON IT WAS ABOUT without even reading it. When I complained about that too, they dropped me from the class just before I was about to be certified without warning and ignored all contact after specifically telling me they would talk to me about it.

Unprofessional and scummy to say the least. Do not associate with these people.

Notified them of the huge gap between the doors ( security flaw @ 365 nevada st. ) and they called my boss and demanded I be fired. Thanks. I'm a single father with children. You should feel ashamed. Fix the gaps between your doors and it'll keep those roaches out.
