Horrible and unprofessional, avoid at all cost. Tutors are late to arrive and early to leave when they do show up. 5 canceled sessions in 2 months. Was given a second tutor who also called to say he was not going to make it for his first 2 sessions and then would be on vacation for 7 days after that. Incredibly poor managed company that does not provide the services the claim.

I called to get tutoring information for my son for SAT prep. I took the information home and felt this might be a good option so I emailed the gentleman I spoke with, I received no response. So I decided to call a few days later( meanwhile I received quite a few emails offering various discounts). On my call my contact was busy so I spoke to a different person. This conversation did not go well. I asked details about setting up a plan and was asked what I wanted, well my response was that I did not know what would be helpful for my son. A few more question and answers like this and felt this was clearly not the right match. I followed up with my original contact to advise him, by email, that this might not be a good match and expressed my concern. I did not hear back. A week later I received an email asking if I was still interested. Couldn't believe he would not address my questions and concerns, but has no problem sending emails. I told him No thanks, please read my emails I am leaving a review and please remove me from the contact list. Well, I probably wouldn't have bothered with the review, it really wasn't a big deal until a new contact emailed and called to apologize they thought I wanted services since I contacted them. Bingo! I did but clearly this is a one-sided business and tutoring should be catered to each stidest, if they can't listen for $70 an hour than I fear tutoring services will not benefit my child. Hope someone else has a better experience.
