Absolutely love the staff and director here. My daughter can’t get enough of the activities, arts and crafts she does especially around the holidays (we have them hung up all over the house). We both adore the friends she’s made and the socialization time she has with her peers and teachers. The summer program is extra fun and engaging for parents who have to work through summer months. The pre-k program has given her the confidence she needs for kindergarten with letter practice and recognition skills as well as beginning to sound out words. My daughter will continue to attend the school age program after school because we love it here so much!

We've been part of the Childtime family in Vacaville, California for the last 10 years. Today's our youngest child's last day and she'll go into kindergarten next year, but I just want to say thank you to Childtime for taking such good care of our kids. The staff at our center have been consistently loving, responsive, and caring, and really made us feel safe and connected. It was hard leaving my babies when I had to work, but I really appreciated being able to feel secure knowing that they were growing in an enriching and loving environment. Our daughter went here for months while she waited for kindergarten. The staff is super professional, the pricing is extremely fair, and they were always doing fun things with the kids. I went to pick her up once and there was bounce castles, pop corn, cotton candy, a bunch of stuff. My daughter loved it, and I recommend it to everyone that asks.

Our family LOVES Childtime in Vacaville! Our son has been attending Childtime for almost 3 years, since he was a year old. It's easy to see that all of the staff truly care for the children. I love that the teachers who were with my son when he was an infant are still working at the school and can watch him grow. The school is always clean and we feel our son is always safe while he's there. Cari, the director of the school, always has a smile on her face and is quick to address any problems that arise, which is rare. We have recommended this school to countless friends and family members!

My son has had such an amazing experience in the toddler room. Ms. Kaylan, Ms. Tajah, and Ms. Auna engage the kids in so many activities! I love all the photos I get and water table Fridays are the best!

***Make sure when you pay for registration that you have written confirmation that there is space available. I paid for registration on 8/31 told that there would be care for my children the week of 9/14 only for me to keep calling them for an update. When I finally get a hold of one of the directors, she tells me there isn’t care until January!!! We paid $330 for registration and that was to hold a spot that may or may not be available.

We requested a refund last week, was told it would be there in 2 business days. I called back to let them know I haven’t received it and was told they have a slow system for processing and it could be weeks. I’ve never heard of a refund taking weeks. 3-5 max. At the end of this week it will be 2 weeks. Not acceptable!

Our son has loved going to ChildTime. This place has a wonderful and polite staff and awesome activities for the kids. They utilize the PreciouStatus app to keep parents constantly up to date on their child's status, as well as sending pictures regularly to add to the photo album. Our child has made amazing friends and memories and I would suggest that any parent looking for quality care for their child look into ChildTime.
