Had the most amazing experience having all 3 of my kids attend Little One’s learning center. Seeing my 2 year old want to rush in and so excited to be at daycare definitely made me feel at peace and did not have to worry through out the day. Even at pick up my kids would be so excited to return the next day to daycare and would come home telling us all the fun activities they did. They are a very clean and secure facility and would recommend this daycare to any of my friends and family! Sad that summer is over and kids are back to school but cant wait for summer to come around again because we will most definitely return every summer as long as we can!

This day care is great! My kids love Ms. Erica, Ms. Denise and Ms. Jacklyn. My 2 yr old daughter happily runs into her classroom every morning and hugs Ms.Denise. I feel like the staff genuinely cares for my kids, from the outside the place might look a lil rough but it's kept very clean and the staff is friendly and respectful. I'm so glad I tried this place out! All 4 of my kids love it and so do I.

The staff is so nice! I love Ms. Denise and Mrs. Joanne! My foster boys love them too! I love that they want to be here and never cry to go! Every time I walk in to pick them up I am greeted with a smile and a friendly hello!! This is a Great Daycare whom I trust to leave my kids with!

My children who are ages 5, 4 and 4 recently attended this daycare. I am forced to switch child care centers because the daycare LEFT MY KINDERGARTENER at school! After confirming that he WAS indeed where he was supposed to be WHEN he was supposed to be there, we inquired with Denise (The Assistant Director) as to why they would leave him there, she said that it was policy that the staff member cannot get off the van/bus for any reason and further more they SENT A 10 YEAR OLD CHILD to retrieve the other children and that this is their standard practice. I told her that they were not informed of my son being picked up from school early and asked why wouldn't they ask the office where he was? Denise replied that they had sent the CHILD to "LOOK" in the office!! The daycare then ASSUMED that he was not there and drove off. When I told Denise that this was not acceptable behavior or business practice she responded with "We have already had problems with you and you were extremely rude to our staff the other day" which is not true, I was polite when I inquired as to why the director never seemed to be present and I was simply asking why the daycare refuses to take children after 10 am regardless of doctors appointments or stuff like that (their answer is because it is INCONVIENIENT for them). Denise then became agitated and bluntly stated that she is done talking and walked off which is absolutely not ok! We are appalled by the customer service of this business. If Denise was my employee she would have been fired on the spot for how she interacted with my customers. We switched the kids day care today and when their mother informed Little Ones Learning Center about this, Denise told her that we are required to pay them $480 because we did not give them a 2 week notice that the children will be switching child care centers! We are extremely disappointed with this daycare, the staff, and their business practice and will NEVER again even consider recommending them to someone else or using their services! They are underhanded, dishonest, rude, and extremely unprofessional. We were paying them to watch our kids which means that they are suppose to watch our kids on our schedule not the other way around and we are suppose to be able to trust that our kids will not just be left somewhere!

Horrible place. You dont get to get a tour unless u set it up with the director. Went in on a tuesday. A day my children were suppose to start. Thinking they would be welcomed. But no wasnt ok dropping them off with out meeting some staff and seeing the place. I wasnt allowed in any further then outside of the building door. Waa told to set up tour. Which are ONLY held wednesdays. Made that appt for next day. Went in 3:30. No director to show me around nor did the lady even know i set a appt up. So she called director. She said go in the next day at 3:30. At that point i knew this was not the place my kids would be coming to. But desperite me needed to try and be positive so i went again that thursday. So happened to walk right behind director walking in. She asked if we were headed to her business. I said yess i have a appt tour today. She then went on to tell me she only does them wednesdays nd by appt only. I was furious at that point md told her i made one. Made 2 appt now and both have failed. Being a total of 3 times stopping to this facility and not one visit ended well. Super sad this place seems to be in it for money and some families really need dependable child care. I pray these children who attend are being watched well.!!!

Horrible experience. I took my daughter in past the drop off cut off time (I guess they weren't expecting anybody) and one of the workers was popping pimples on the face of her coworker. They were lying down on the floor letting the kids run wild. The manager always had her boyfriend there with her in the children's room? Its surrounded by a bunch of abandoned and likely condemned run down buildings. This business needs to seriously consider a face lift in many different aspects.

My sister went in with her two children to pay a 50$ fee today because the current daycare had no room anymore they didn't start or anything and then she found out that wasn't a good place from the current daycare the children are in. She called them and they wouldn't give her the 50$ back and hug up on her. Horrible place and u can just tell it was bad because of the bars on the Windows and I don't recommend this daycare AT ALL.
