I wish they could get someone to run the office. My family and I have been on the list 2.5 years for a 4 bedroom. Currently one of the two 4 bedrooms sits empty and the previous manager couldn’t be bothered to help us get in that apt. We’re homeless living with a friend in a very small cramped apt. It really sucks because I can’t afford the rent in Williams and I can’t go back to my off grid property. My husband nearly died from Covid and will have lung issues the rest of his life and we have two disabled children as well.

It’s been over a year and they have yet to find someone the be the manager!!!! In the mean time there’s apts empty because some have moved out because they fear they’ll be evicted due to no management. There are many families in need of these apts , I wish someone anyone would get off their asses and do something about this.

We have nowhere to go and we can’t afford $2,500 a month rent !!!

This is absolutely unacceptable

Nice buildings and it's a quiet neighborhood
