The ECVC is a hidden gem! I decided to give them a try and have three of my child’s portraits custom framed. Penny is AMAZING! She is so kind, thoughtful and helped me pick out a perfect mat and frame. I was shocked at the affordable price and she had three orders done in just a few days. They also have a contract with the government and you can purchase batteries for a discounted price. They are cheaper than Sam’s and Amazon. You check in at the front desk when you go for your frames or batteries and the nicest lady will help direct you. I will be back for all my framing needs and will not purchase batteries anywhere but here from now on! ECVC offers a great service to the community and I was so impressed with them.

This place really helps people get back on their feet. The last time my son went through there he realized the importance of life and became a different person after his last relaspe. He has truly been there for me in my time of need and for the family. I suggest this program to anyone that's ready for change. God bless
