This place is sorry don't wast your time went down there 3 times for interview they say oh well give you a call. I would call them ask if there was any job openings oh no there nothing right now 3 times they told me this the only staff agency that was OK was full steam the rest are a bunch of time wasters.

Let start off by saying don’t ever waist your time here very lazy rude women, they tell you they have a job for you the next day an the next day comes they said you they will call back next week for the job and next week comes there’s no job an tell you wait another week, specially that big lady Maribel she has the audacity to eat tacos during the interviews we had, an other lady stays on her phone while talking to you, I will be working on getting this place shut down, they don’t care for the people, they care only for there paychecks an food they get from the taco trucks

Was going through and noticed I praised where praise wasn't due. I posted my original review after they offered me a job but they gave me a badge and that was it. Turns out there was no job and they had me waiting on an address forever. Dragged me down for multiple drug tests and computer time but they don't have jobs. Don't waste your time. Modesto area just go direct hire. Temp agencies are going down the drain, their whole purpose now is to fill high turnover rate jobs and even a lot of those companies are getting rid of the temps.

This staffing agency is completely and 100% Discriminatory in every single way! To the point. If someone gets hired at the same company they staff or a third party company these people Will literally.
Attempt to get you fired from that company!! These people are dirty, rotten and discriminatory.. They will lie about you and lie to you. .Avoid the staffing agency at all cost.

Second time using this agency to find work. Service was fast and much better than my previous experiences. Met with Jose and he was able to find me a great job. Kept me updated all the way by text and phone. Jose also personally helped to set up a great interview and Michelle from Balance Staffing was there on my first day at my new job to walk me through the door and ensure I met the right people. My experience so far has been great and I felt really well prepared. Highly recommended.

And took my skills and experience seriously. A week later I was placed at Don fresco a fantastic company with many great employees. They are very respectfully and welcoming there. I must say I have worked for many employees who can care less about there employees and there capabilities. Don fresco is a wonderful working environment. Full of family oriented individuals.
