CC is a family through and through. Coach Tim keeps everyone safe and teaches very well rounded self-defense techniques in a fun way. Boxing has helped my body, my mind, and has increased my confidence as well. Every day is fun and every class is different. He teaches kids all the way through people in their 70s! He's very knowledgeable about the body and personal training techniques, and does private classes as well. CC makes this South Carolina girl feel like Arkansas is home ❤️

I love this place! Both my son and daughter are in the kids karate class. They have learned so much from Sensei Tim. My husband and I also attend classes there and we really enjoy it. I am in the women's kickboxing class and it's really worth the hard work. The only place around that teaches real martial arts.
