Went in with a full head of hair with slight breakage in the middle. Giving the facts that I am a licensed cosmetologist myself and graduated from this school I trusted the instructor once told what would be best for my hair. I originally went in for a silk press and trim but the girl didn’t even know how to properly press my hair. She didn’t even know which products to use. My hair was not silk pressed it was simply flat iron. Looked dry as heck and she definitely cause me some heat damage bc my hair smelled burnt. In the in I decided to get a pixie cut knowing my curls were fried and the girl couldn’t even do that right. My bangs were lopsided hair was totally uneven and all together it just looked a hot mess. I was very unhappy with the service and I debated on posting my experience here. Honestly I feel the school needs help asap. The instructors have their hands full and couldn’t even monitor the girl cutting my hair. She kept having to ask for help and every time it was a different person who came over telling her to do the complete opposite of the other instructor. I am aware they are still learning but but this was absolutely unacceptable. Then to have everyone running up to me saying it didn’t look that bad was totally embarrassing. Even the girl who did it said it looked awful. I am heart broken I have to start completely over. I do not recommend anyone goes here. They should not be allowed to cut hair on a humans head at all. Please buy more dolls.

Great experience!!! Met a lot of beautiful women so many different personalities. Of course I had my good days and bad days but learned a lot of things about hair that i didn’t know with Mrs.Courtney. She (Mrs.Courtney) is everything very patient, kind, loving, warm hearted woman I’ve ever met!!! She made me so comfortable while going to school and pushed me to keep going told me never to give up on something I truly love to do!!! I love that woman she is one of the reasons I stuck it out at Arthur’s college. I’m grateful I got to meet her!!! Now don’t get me wrong hair isn’t for everybody but you’ll for sure find your spot in that field if hair or cosmetics is something you’re into!!! I say Go for it and don’t look back!!! Worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done. The poor customer service and clear lack of proper instruction makes me nervous for the quality of work anyone who graduates will be giving future clients.

I asked several times throughout if it was how it was supposed to look and the tech kept assuring me that it would look better once she finished. When she was done I asked again if that was how they were supposed to look and she said yes so I asked her to remove them. She got offended and asked me why I let her do the set if I was just going to take them off, which I responded with "Dude, I didn't know they would look so badly when they were done". She started getting loud, said it was a school and I was only spending $20 what did I expect. I asked her to just get whoever was above her because I wasn't going to argue with her. She told me to never sit in "her chair" again, no problem, and went to tell the person above her that I was being mean and name calling her. That person ( a red haired woman) came over with an attitude, didn't even ask me what happened and said that it was a school and I shouldn't expect perfect results. I showed her my nails and asked if she would go out with her nails like that. She told me they could remove them instead of answering my question which says everything in my opinion but on the off chance I misunderstood the interaction, one girl came by and asked what was going on, I showed her my nails and she started laughing then said she was sorry and walked away and the girl who removed them said "they could've been done different" but that I was mean for calling the other tech "dude".

I wasn't rude or disrespectful to the nail student, I didn't like my nails and I asked for the gel to be removed but I was treated like I was a jerk for it. I definitely don't recommend them. The polish was cured looking like it was dripping off my nails, it was super thick and lumpy, and the colors were really uneven because of how thick the gel was in some places. She also didn't pull the excess gel that cured to my skin away and file it off.

We booked appointments for full set acrylics and hair color. Then we were told they couldn’t do acrylics when we arrived. Thennn they did our hair color. Was quoted the price for each color then didn’t get the colors we wanted and still charged the same price. But the students we had were awesome and we can live with our hair. So if you want to walk away with WHAT YOU WANT you probably won’t get it. And the red haired lady who oversees it is extremely rude.

Definitely would not recommended coming here. They just painted my toes and called it a pedicure. Ms Courtney (from cooperate) is rude and there isn't any accountability for poor services provided. The other beauty school has much better services unfortunately they are closed on Monday next time I won't wait till last minute! Newer school doesn't mean better!

I know this isn't a spa Ms Courtney and you are rude with a poor attitude it's an absolute disgrace you are over the instructors. These girls aren't being properly trained and when they are close to graduation should not be doing such sloppy services you guys really need to do better to set them up for success and you are not.
