One of the worst places to do business with. The customer service is really bad. It’s concerning and very sad people have to rely on businesses that operate this way, without our government issuing any sort of structure that disables them from being able to take advantage of people.

My teacher was amazing but the office management has an attitude and they call and threaten to kick people out without getting all the facts first. All they care about it money not their clients. I was attacked by a dog and in the hospital still had to pay fees for missing a class instead of understanding that i was in the hospital. I couldn't work because i was injured badly and i got suspended because i couldn't pay on time every week instead of creating a payment plan with me. The program is 500 but I've shelled out way more than that at this point because of my injury. These guys suck. All they want is money they don't have a heart or any empathy. Their office management shouldn't be dealing with addicts or people with mental health issues without having any kind of compassion. Idky they got into this business in the first place. They clearly are not trained.

This people are very arrogant!
made my wife wait 4hrs just to enroll.
They told her that she need it to wait to see someone else who will described the classes and ended up being the same person.
Fat person was at lunch for 2hrs.
They got to understand that we are clients and this is not free nor are they government Officials/
employees.
This people just take advantage of other peoples Misfortunes.
I would not recommend this place this business to anyone.

I switched from SCADP in Cerritos. The office staff is great and the counselors really want to help. Video telehealth is amazing. A few more groups and I'm done. If I were to stay with that other program I would've still been on hold and only two employees work there. Thank you ABC Hawaiian Gardens.

if i could zero stars i would.worst and rude staff ever. called to get information and they lady on the phone was rude the whole time. didnt answer a single question i had about their program. was very hostel on the phone like she didnt want to even be working. this is very unprofessional and to think this people has to handle everyones dui paperwork, such a shame. please use another location this one is not worth it.

Cynthia and alondra are the best as soon as you walk through the door they greet you with a smile, they also make sure that you get all the information you need and makes sure you understand it. I would recommend this place to everyone....
