Staff is very kind and very alert with it comes to the individuals. No issues or concerns upon arrival and or after leaving. Great team work there.

It saddens me to write this type of review, especially when it pertains to the care of others. I have had the opportunity to spend some time at this establishment (was hired and resigned ). The structure of the training needs improvement (Day two of training I was training my table on AWB policies and procedures due to the nature not one trained staff chose to engage ). They did have some amazing trainers ( the ones that were contracted ) others should be let go.During the training they instill “fear” instead of “preparation “ , which results in a recipe of endless terminations. They do NOT practice what they preach, and not all employees are treated fairly or equally. The “FAMILY” relations takes president over qualified candidates. Speaking of relations, there’s a lot of inappropriate relations with staff members. During the training they state “If y’all choose to date here , we ask you keep it away from the hours of 8-4pm”. The tone they set from the training creates an environment of “high school teenagers with raging hormones “. This place needs some serious reevaluating of who they put in charge to run this non-profit. I will say, on a positive note ……..

Horrible place. Due to not having a vaccine they want to tell you no you can't work there even though it's against the law to do so that's discrimination. Plus very bad work ethic from the director of applications very rude and hung up on me!
