I wish there was a way to get an employee to help with shoes in other sizes while in the store. I have had to order them online and then come back the same day to get them. That is frustrating when I want my child to try on item to find the right size.
Fair prices and clean store. Just need more workers.

I like to shop here for shoes for my kids but the lady in the shoe department is rude and nasty and way too hype. I dont have her name now but I will take note next time I'm in there. I and my S.O. have talked to other employees about her and they said she is on a caffeine kick. Other than that the prices are decent and if you don't mind dealing with a caffinated rude worker you shall have no problem shopping here.

Great place to shop outdoors and guns. They price match with major retailers and customer service is nice in the store. They have great deals on clothing few times a year. Closeouts are really cheaper than anywhere else, including online. Plenty parking. They are at a great location.

I was at the store for during my lunch hour to pickup an order and get some bug spray. I was not able to get either. They told me the “correct” associate was at lunch and I would have to come back another time to pick up my order. Then no one would help me find the bug spray. I asked 3 different employees, but each one was too busy to help. When I finally found it, there were 10+ people in line to check out at the 1 open cashier. One of the people ask what was taking so long, the manager at the counter told him, you will get service when you get it. Idk what the issue was, but it looked like the manager knew the customer and was holding up the line just to have a catch-up conversation with his buddy. I will never shop at this store again.

Customer Service is terrible! We had a male employee walk into us because he was too busy speaking to a female employee over his shoulder. He didn't say sorry or excuse me, but instead glared at me for being in his way. That same female employee (tattoos, left arm), while working as a cashier, complained openly about the dress attire of another employee. How about acknowledging the Customer (i.e., Good afternoon, did you find everything you were looking for). We will be spending our money elsewhere.

Came in to buy a gun that unfortunately sold the night before, Ben was extremely helpful and informative and ended up leaving with something else. Will definitely be coming back, great service 👍
