CDL "H" Endorsement - Hazmat DMV Approved Fingerprint on the second floor. You can also do TWIC cards at this facility as well. I was IN & OUT within 10-15mins. $86 for the fingerprint & background check. BRING your license & birth certificate. When you first arrive, KNOW that their windows are tinted, so when you first look inside, the facility will look closed or empty. On the LEFT of the door with the "350" there is a buzzer that you must press for staff to let you in. Go up to the SECOND FLOOR, and there will be an office on the RIGHT that says, "TSA."

The facility does ONLINE scheduled appointments and WALK-IN appointments. Good luck!
