My daughter is in ACI for three years so far. We are so glad to register for this academic institution. We especially thank all the staffs for their help towards my daughter’s education. They always pay attention to her grades in school, and inform us immediately if she needs special help in a subject. My girl told me that ACI helped her a lot and she doesn’t worry about how to do her college application. Our second child will also go to ACI this year. Highly recommended!

Terrible After School Program - Ignored Bullying and Refused to Take Responsibility

I am extremely disappointed with ACI my son attended. Not only did they fail to address a serious bullying incident, but they also refused to take any responsibility despite having clear video evidence. It is disheartening to see an organization that claims to prioritize the well-being of children turn a blind eye to such harmful behavior.

My son was repeatedly bullied by two other students at ACI. To make matters worse, during one incident, his computer was intentionally broken by the bullies. We promptly reported these incidents to the staff, and video evidence that clearly showed the bullying and the subsequent damage caused to my son's computer.

However, instead of taking immediate action to address the situation and ensure the safety of all children, staff turned a deaf ear to our concerns. They dismissed the severity of the incidents and showed no interest in holding the bullies accountable for their actions. It was evident that they lacked both the empathy and the willingness to provide a safe environment for the children under their care.

As a parent, it is my utmost priority to protect my child and ensure his well-being. I trusted ACI to provide a supportive and nurturing environment, but they failed miserably in fulfilling that expectation. Their indifference towards my son's safety and the damage caused is simply unacceptable.

I would strongly advise against enrolling your child in ACI. They do not take bullying seriously, even when presented with irrefutable evidence. It is essential to choose an organization that genuinely prioritizes the welfare of its students and takes immediate action to address any issues that arise.

It is my hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the management of ACI. Bullying is a serious matter, and it should never be ignored or swept under the rug. It is the responsibility of every educational institution, to create a safe and supportive environment for children to thrive.

I urge ACI to reevaluate its policies and procedures regarding bullying incidents and to implement measures that genuinely protect the children in their care. Until they show a sincere commitment to addressing and preventing bullying, I cannot recommend ACI to any concerned parent.

Parents, please be vigilant in selecting a safe and supportive after-school program for your children. Do not settle for an organization that neglects its duty to address bullying incidents promptly and effectively. Our children's well-being should always be our top priority.

ACI has been a good experience so far. They help organize my class schedule so that I can stay ahead of things in school, and introduces competitions for me to take place in. Their staff members has been friendly and helpful in my academic studies.

ACI has played a pivotal role in my academics since my sixth grade year. The process of learning is dependent on two factors: having a good teacher and having a willing student. The teachers there at ACI are qualified and are more than willing to help. In addition, the staff were always friendly and knew every face. The staff and director were very approachable whenever a situation arose. If I ever had questions or issues in my academics, they would make time for me to talk about my next steps and possibly even arrange for private tutoring. Overall, I credit ACI with my success in my academic career and, they were able to provide the positive environment to thrive.

I came here since my freshman year for the college consultation program. ACI has experienced counselors, and the director played a pivotal role in my education. I also took SAT courses here and improved over 300 points. The teachers and staff here definitely care about how well you do because they were always checking my grades and trying to help you find positive solutions/leadership opportunities/etc.
