ACI is a great program. Informative material, patient and helpful instructors, and Joy has always been hard at work guiding me through the job searching process, networking opportunities, and pushing out critical information if you are looking to jump into the IT field. This program is amazing and so is everyone that works here. I have recommended dozens of peers to give ACI a try and will continue to do so.

I had a wonderful experience at ACI. The instructors were very helpful and knowledgeable and helpful throughout every Certification. Offline and after hours were always welcome for questions and help. After the course I want to give a huge shoutout to Ms Joy with the career services. Even with my constant worrying and appointments , not once was she frustrated or unwelcoming. Because of her I am in a wonderful position over at ASRC FEDERAL. Without her I don’t know what I would be doing outside the Army. If you put in the effort ACI will be a rewarding program.

I did their classes about a year ago and had nothing but problems when talking to support. They ended up holding me back a couple of weeks because they couldn't find proof that I passed a class even though I sent them a screenshot of the conformation email. After weeks of aimlessly emailing they found it and let me continue.
When I signed up they said the interest rate of loan is 12%. Which is not problem. Now a year later I looked to see how much of the class I have paid off and I've barley made a dent. I look at the auto payments I have setup and it's taking over 40%! So my wife contacted them and they told her that is 12%. PER DAY! At no point was that relayed to me and in no way is that acceptable. This school is great if you want to waste your money with no hope if paying it off.
