The absolute worst payroll company on the face of the earth. You can never talk to the same person twice, spend hours upon hours resolving the most minor issues. ADP does not live up to their obligations and promises, once they get your business you are no longer important. They can not handle our business structure, they spend so much time on updating their website and it only gets worse. DO NOT USE THIS PAYROLL COMPANY unless you want to spend hours with them on a regular basis.

If you are looking for a payroll company go somewhere else! Their rep will tell you ALL different things each time you are transfered. They also messed up a payroll for my company twice causing an NSF on my account then asked me for $17,000 SECURITY DEPOSIT. If you try calling them be prepared to wait 30min or more each time. Just switched to gusto.

Horrible company. They took my money and never paid the FL Department of Revenue. It's been two years trying too get them to pay and no one responds. Now I have to pay penalties, interest, and fees on money they took for the taxes. Nightmare does not begin to describe it.

They tell you the information you need is in a particular place online, but it's not. They are impossible to get on the phone. Put you on hold for hours. Don't ever put a dime in with company, they make it like your trying to get YOUR money out of Fort Knox!

Never never use ADP! They never send tax return form to the FL Department of Revenue. I just paid penalties, interest, and fees on money they took for the taxes in 2020.

The worst service ever I got here they giving me hard time for 1 year every time new problem no one helping you ! And when you have problem you have to call and email many people and they will waste your time for nothing !!
