Hi I work and live in California. Samuel Tripp has given me excellent customer service. His knowledge and attention to detail has been wonderful. I'm signing up for payroll services for three business accounts, and he's made it very easy. His customer service is outstanding. Great experience!

In a frustrating world, where it's a hard to reach a real person, let alone a helpful one, I have to say that Samuel Tripp in the Tucson office was a tremendous amount of help. He seems like a caring, quality person. I wish he lived near me...I'd offer him a job.

Absolute worst experience of my life to have to deal with this company in any way. STOP OUTSOURCING to employ ppl that treat your customers like they're stupid and don't actually want to listen. They tell you your wrong when you do exactly what they say and then try to gaslight you into being rude when you're explaing that you already are doing what they're asking you.

If you are considering using ADP turn around and run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. Ever since our company transitioned to ADP, all of us in payroll and accounting are dumbfounded at how terribly the transition went. I've heard nothing but complaints from our employees since we switched to them.

I could write a novel on the hell we've been going through in dealing with their reps. The attitude coming from them is quite remarkable. Rude, unhelpful, and above all unknowledgeable, are the first 3 adjectives that come to mind. You would think They are paying Us to use their service.

The first email I got from our new 'Team Rep' chastised me for emailing them with a question; that they prefer that I put in a ticket so he can keep his emails open for 'urgent matters.'
And we are paying for this service.
Unbelievable.
I asked only a basic, general question, and am told a ticket must be put in. What a waste of time.

I've been doing payroll for a long time, and these guys do not know anything about it. They get to brush us aside with our silly little questions while we get to deal with the aftermath from the employees because their pay isn't right. Deductions are wrong. Direct deposit account #s are wrong. Pay rates are wrong.

Stay away from ADP.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, they have lost our payroll Twice now; refuse to do anything about it; will not return calls to offer a solution; but on any given week I get multiple calls to sell us additional services!!!What a joke.

Potentially good company and services, however their sales people definitely need some work. Sadie is one of the rudest, fakest people I have encountered. She will be nice to get you on the line, but once you need help customer service goes out the window. She is on her phone the entire time texting, and treats customers like an inconvenience. When she did not understand my needs, I asked her to clarify something and she got frustrated with me and said “like. You’re not understanding I genuinely can’t explain this to you any differently.” The product is okay. Service, abysmal.

No one cares, no humans answer the phone, one calls back, no one listens to their messages all the while frauds are being committed. Estaban out of Tucson, AZ we have tried multiple times to reach you. I will be filing a complaint this is a very serious matter and no one cares over there.
