Great testing center! I have taken 2 certification tests here (one of 2 for A+, and Network+), and enjoyed my experience both times. Very clean and professional environment, and they provide a whiteboard / marker and “silencer” headphones that prove very helpful.

I took an OAE Assessment at this center today because it was one of the closest Pearson approved centers near me. The owner was very helpful and friendly. During testing, she realized another person testing was being a bit noisy and saw on the camera that I couldn’t get comfortable in the headphones. She brought a pair of earplugs in for me to try instead. The check-in process was smooth, the checkout process was smooth and I have no complaints about this testing center!

If you have to take your GED here, or at all, really, and you know there are storms the next day, AND you have bad mental illness, make sure you reschedule your appointment before the 24 hour mark, or else your money is completely lost. Rating it 2 stars because I still have to take my GED here, just that I've lost money because of the stupid requirement of 24 hours. Like, gee, I'm sorry, life happens and I have to starve myself because of the power being out and my PTSD doesn't like it and I won't go to sleep tonight because I'm going in and out of flashbacks.

DO NOT SCHEDULE ANY TEST FOR MORNING!! It says they open at 9 am don't believe it, they open the place at noon. I scheduled an exam for 10 am. I couldn't focus after waiting 2 hours in front of the door.
