Nice tubing area and snow play area. Update on the cost of things. Parking $20.00 and tubing for two hours including tubing for adults is $40.00. Didn't pay attention to the child price since we didnt have children. They had multiple tubing runaways. We went on Wednesday around noon and no wait. Thank goodness for the recent storm, there were plenty of snow. Also, don't let the pictures fool you, the runways were actually high and fast enough for my adult children to enjoy them a lot. Two hours weren't enough for them. But they had plenty of excitement on those two hours. Will definitely be back again.

20$ to park car...
35$ per kid...
40$ per adult..
Free small play zone but if you dared cross the line to sled workers were watching🫣🤣
Parking seems tight, we went on a monday and barely squeezed in. Park is smaller but good. I cant imagine going on a weekend unless you get there right when they open to hopefully get a parking spot. Parking is maybe for 30 cars just seemed very tight. They have a food court with basic fried foods ect but waiting was 30min to hour...Maybe 10 lanes to sled down. No long lines kids went up and down no problem.
I would come back but strictly on a weekday for parking reasons.
Thanks for the memories for our kids.

Parking is 20$ per car. Snow tubing for Adult is 40$ and kids (above 3 yrs) is 35$ for 2 hrs. I like the park but there are no staff at the tubing area. I have seen multiple people bumping into each other, also i saw some people fly cross the orange boundary and landed down flat.
The waiting lanes are also bit confusing. We do not what lane people are waiting for since there are multiple waiting lanes in the same area. You can have good time here but the safety is concerning since there is no one to instruct you what to do OR what not to do. There is food if u want to grab a quick bite. Except the safety concerns the park is nice to have fun.

We had a great experience here in 2022, but our visit on 12/26/2024 was absolutely horrible! This place has become greedy and irresponsible. The government and consumer protection agencies should investigate and shut it down immediately.

Our family of four paid $150 for just two hours of playtime. While we were walking up the passenger lane, someone coming down from another lane accidentally crossed into ours at high speed, hitting multiple people and ultimately slamming into my 4-year-old son. He was thrown from the tube he was sitting in and was terrified, crying uncontrollably from the pain and fear. Both of our kids were so shaken that they quit playing altogether.

We explained the situation to a nearby staff member and requested a refund, but their response was shockingly dismissive. Every staff member we spoke to gave the same scripted response: because we signed a waiver when purchasing tickets, they don’t issue refunds under any circumstances.

The issue here was not just an accident but a clear result of poor facility management and unsafe lane dividers. Their negligence created a dangerous situation, and my son was hurt because of it. We’re now concerned about potential mental trauma or unseen injuries, but the staff and management simply pointed to the waiver and refused to engage with us in a compassionate or responsible manner.

What a disgrace! Does anyone know if there are laws that can protect us from operators like this? Please let me know if anyone has good advice. Thanks!

After all, for your safety and a better consumer experience, stay away from this place!

See the picture: those dangerous lanes were finally closed after multiple cross lane accidents. Yet, they continue to deny any responsibility for their negligence!

This place is a total rip off. Adult tickets are $40 and kids are $35. They even make you pay that price for babies! We came here with our family (2 adults, a toddler, and a 3 month old) and I didn’t even get to see my son go down the hill because I had to stay outside the area with my baby since we weren’t willing to pay $35 for him to just enter the area. They do 2 hour sessions and DOES NOT start at time of purchase, it starts according to their 2 hour block schedules so depending on how long you wait in line you may lose time. We bought our tickets at 11:30 am but told our block ends at 1pm. My husband and son waited in line to go down the hill for over 30 min. By the time I was able to swap out and try to go for a run, there were no tubes for anyone!! They sold way too many tickets for the Amount of tubes they had available. Many people were upset today. This place has changed drastically for the worse.

This location was extremely poorly managed. We arrived about 15 minutes before opening and had to wait on the side of the road until 10 o’clock when they opened. Once they opened, it was probably another 20 to 30 minutes of waiting while the people ahead of us paid, and we were towards the front! Note that once you pay for parking at the front gate, there’s still an additional payment that needs to be done in the main building so that’s even more waiting with the additional paperwork to fill out. Needless to say we didn’t start tubing until about 10:45am - an hour from when we arrived.

As you can see from the pictures, there was barely any snow. There were employees in the tubing area but they weren’t assisting almost at all. One was directing people to the tubes, but not giving them to people. Others were around the tubing but we’re not directing traffic or helping to speed up the long lines that were forming.

We were some of the first to start tubing, and there were only two lanes open for us. There were two additional lanes that were much shorter and meant for smaller children. After more people arrived, and there was a very long wait, they opened an additional two lanes, which was very helpful. It was extremely icy, and many people were slipping while walking up to the top.

Lastly, this is NOT a two hour tubing session as was claimed on the website. There is a block of time between 10 AM and 12 PM. since we arrived and around 1030 or 1045 we only had about an hour or an hour and a half to sled.

In general, for the extremely high price you pay, this is simply a small upgrade to in a park. Next time we go. We’ll choose another site.

Also, one last pro tip … sledding should always be done in the morning as the snow is still firm and not slushy like it will be in the afternoon. We’ve received the same guidance from other locations and found it very helpful. It’s worth it to get up early in the morning instead of going down the slower tracks later in the day

Quick check in. There were slots of 2 hours. We got one in the 11.30 to 1.30 pm slot. We collected our tubes and headed up. It was easy. Tube down and walk up carrying the tube. Yes by the 6 or the 7 time we were exhausted. We left in about an hour. But it was fun. Costed us 20$ per person and 45$ parking fee. We reached there at about 10.30Am and lot B and C were empty. Quite a lot of parking available at that time. We left at around 1pm. Noticed that Lot C was closer to getting filled. It was a walk in. First come first serve basis. All the info is available in their website.

i’ve been coming here my whole life and honestly i wasn’t aware that there were big changes in management/owner so it was a huge surprise seeing the new tubing rules and regulations. and PRICES. this place used to be filled ALL day with lots of people enjoying the FREE sledding. I understand the parking but honestly it feels like a straight ROBBERY to have to pay 20 for parking plus 40 EACH for tubing. i understand you want to make money but a lot of the people who drive all the way over here can’t just drop 40 per person to go tubing. it just didn’t seem right. it definitely stung to finally come out after not being financially able to plan a family trip for years and to have to be turned away because we couldn’t afford it anymore. money hungry fr. it used to be fun coming here but the family friendly vibe isn’t there anymore.
