Don't waste your time with this company. There are plenty other cpr classes in the area who offer the same certs without the hassle of dealing with the rude instructor. Never expected special treatment as this women claims but she doesn't have proper customer service skills either. No need to explain more, her response alone is embarrassing for her business. I got recertified from a different company that made it a drama free experience.
