At first glance I understand some of the older reviews leave a bad impression and might steer most away, but after receiving my training here, I can confidently recommend AGI. I received my training here online using some training simulations that are both incredible and a little rough around certain edges. The information you need to learn for my specific program I participated in, the PC Pro certification, goes in-depth about computers, mobile devices, and network hardware and how to maintain them effectively. This class goes beyond learning how to use a PC and builds a strong foundation on how to operate, update, upgrade, and troubleshoot them. If you're looking to try to get into tech, this will be a good start on your journey.

I can say so much that is wrong with this institute, but I will summarize. You're basically paying for a book. The instructors here are not helpful whatsoever. You are given a book and a program to work off of and that's your schooling right there. Want to ask the instructor for help? Nope! He'll tell you to click the help button in the program and read it to you. Need help with something that's not on the program? Sorry, instructor's excuses are "well I haven't done this in years so I don't remember." Kinda odd excuse to hear from the person that is supposed to...teach you? I have heard these excuses from both Keith and Gopaul, who are they only instructors apparently for every subject that is offered there. I should've realized how malfunctioned this school was when started noticing every student drop out within the first month of me attending.

They are a SCAM !!!!!! You learn nothing and they take your money. They put me on a computer that always needed work done on it. They gave me movies for a week to watch so the computer I was working on could get fixed. Keep in mind they charged me for that week. These kind of antics went on for weeks before I pulled out of the school. They took my money even though all I learned was Microsoft office. Which I was there for property management. Look Elsewhere.
