This place was great to live in at first, but after about eight years, my family and I have experienced multiple landlord changes and they keep jerking us around. Our unit has multiple safety issues: the kitchen floor is falling apart due to a leaky AC unit, they still haven’t replaced our stair rail, and the disability bars in the shower have been broken for years. And that’s not even mentioning the smaller issues that make daily life frustrating.

Despite all this, they have the audacity to raise the rent. I wouldn’t mind as much if they actually maintained the place. The current manager doesn’t do her job and even tells us to flag down the maintenance guy ourselves. On top of that, we’ve found used needles in the parking lot, and the manager brushed it off like it was normal. If you have the option, I’d definitely look for somewhere else to live!

I’m also using a spare email because I don’t trust management not to be petty or try to stir up trouble.
