With Michael’s help, our daughter took the ACT test in her Junior year. Her high school classes are demanding, and we didn’t want her test preparation to compound the stress or take so much time that it squeezed out the extracurricular activities that bring her joy. Fortunately, that didn’t happen. Micheal didn’t assign unnecessary homework and he taught specific test taking skills that made standardized test taking progressively more comfortable. By studying our daughter strengths, he also identified the areas where she could improve most to focus his teaching there. He was patient, attentive, skilled and a real partner. Micheal’s target approach meant our daughter achieved the test score she needed without becoming a slave to the work.
