All Year Tutoring has been a Blessing during this pandemic. My 2 grandsons ages 7 and 8yrs old fell behind in school due to online schooling. Upon returning to school my grandsons had fell behind significantly. Upon researching All Year Tutoring I felt they were a good match and they didn't disappoint. My spouse posted one year ago and we gave them 5 starts and I agreed. Our tutor Ayanna was amazing. I highly recommend her! My grandsons took to her and the way she tutored. We even recommended friends who needed assistance with their children. Today MY review is different, I am not sure if its my response to why we were cancelled last minute the past few weeks; but owner sent us a TEXT today stating they are no longer servicing our grandsons (9 and 10 years old). I called 2x and sent a text AND still no response as to "why"? I say to you be professional. There were times Ayanna may have been late or internet trouble, we never complained, never. Things happen we get it. Yes, the owner did reimburse use for last week $80 (Mon and Tues) but the "why" has not been answered. The owner made sure she sent an email or text about her payment sometimes even before the class even started though.
I totally understand due to life's changes that past 2 years in this pandemic EVERYONE has had to make adjustments. The other openings she provided us with didn't work with our or the children's schedule. Instead of saying unfortunately we are short or I know you want Ayanna, I cant make it happen and let us as a customer decide. To just abruptly say "we are not servicing" your grandsons anymore, was unprofessional. To Ayanna, you are awesome, patient and the children understood you. To the owner, no need to respond as you haven't all day today as you told me "Have a nice day".... you as well. I wont be recommending you nor have good things to say about YOU! Be professional about the "why". All you are doing is hurting the children...

I saw an improvement in Lauren development and progress.

Was very professional and patient and always sent an inquisition for the attendance for Lauren before class resumed.

Was always on time and again my child academic level progress under her tutilage.
