This has always been my go-to place for dental care. The staff are kind, considerate, and respectful. I had my wisdom teeth extracted last year, and the follow-up calls afterward really showed how much they care about their patients. Consistently a 5-star experience!

I called several times this year to schedule a dental cleaning appointment, which was overdue. Last time I called was on 6/30/25 on 2:37pm, which i spoke with the front desk for 3 min 23 sec, which finally an appointment was scheduled for 7/7/25 @2pm. Therefore, I submitted a partial time off request from work and had to rescheduled appointments with 2 clients on 7/7/25 so I could get my teeth cleaned. To my surprise and disbelief, they claimed that their system didn't show that I had an appointment when I arrived for my appointment. I showed my phone log to the front desk. She said she would speak to the dentist to see what they could do but they refused to see me. Not even a simple apology from the doctor or the front desk person for all the inconveniences they had caused, which was nothing but unprofessional and arrogant behaviors. Either the person who scheduled my appointment failed to enter it in the system or I was replaced by a patient whom they could do a more expensive producer than my dental cleaning. What shame! This doctor might think she is the only dentist in the area so she can disrespect people's time, which she is absolutely wrong.

Dr. Haider and her assistant, Brandy, deliver an absolutely great dental experience! The office is very welcoming with friendly staff. Dr. Haider and Brandy are both very efficient, explains everything clearly, and makes every procedure quick and painless. I love that they are always considerate of how I am feeling throughout my appointment and give breaks where needed. Highly recommend!

I had a great first visit at Allen Institute of Dentistry & Ortho . Brandy the dental hygienist was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Dr. Haider was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. All the employees were professional and very kind, which made the experience even better. Overall, a smooth and welcoming environment—highly recommend!!

I am always nervous about going to a new dentist. I read reviews. I was impressed! Everyone was very nice and my dentist did a great job cleaning and filing my cavity. I will be back. She told me a lot of information about my teeth that no dentist had ever mentioned before.
