Alliance was great. Bill and Dan are great instructors and the scheduling options allowed for a lot of flexibility. The classes and study guides were very thorough. I felt completely ready for the State Exam, which I passed on the first try. Thanks Bill and Dan!

Absolutely the best option for learning what you need to know to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Bill and Dan were extremely helpful to help everyone understand the laws and overall R.E. knowledge. Their approach to getting everyone to agree on what chapter coverage is needed each class is a great way to make sure everyone is benefiting and that by the time you reach the 60 hour requirement, that you have all the material gone over.

I would truly recommend this program if you're seriously interested in becoming a Real Estate Salesperson or Broker. These instructors are very knowledgeable about real estate and can break it down to its simplest form.
